You seem to understand the problem. It is a problem that is unbelievably difficult to deal with and that makes it very frustrating. I believe no one person can solve this problem, and I believe the problem of AIDS in Swaziland will take years to deal with. Anything you do will not be immediately regonized, but clearly you are one who will save lives. I say this because I was a PCV to Swaziland in 1979 and I married a Swazi lady. I have returned to Swaziland many times and I know how AIDS has affected the country. What you are doing is unbelievably important. When you hear them say being circumsized makes it harder to get HIV you must have looked at them and said no that's not true. If not say it in the future.
